We want you to be happy with your Creative Kits for Kids purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.

Change of Mind

Due to the curated and consumable nature of our craft and stationery items, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, including ordering the wrong item or deciding you no longer want the product.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, missing items, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at creativekits4kids@hotmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution.

Returns

Approved returns must be sent back in their original condition where possible. Return instructions will be provided by email. We recommend using tracked postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Refunds

Once a return is received and assessed, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
