Using your voucher with us

We are approved under the Active & Creative Kids scheme, which means vouchers can be used toward eligible packs we offer.

Voucher availability, eligibility, and approved uses are determined by the NSW Government. We’re happy to help you understand how your voucher can be applied to our packs.

How to redeem a voucher

Voucher redemption is handled via email so we can make sure everything is processed correctly.

To use your Creative Kids voucher with us, please email through the following:

• Your child’s full name

• The voucher number

• The creative set you are interested in

• Any questions you may have
